Icy Hot
This 90 min package begins in the Sensory Nook for a Infrared session on the Sauna Mat. Followed by a 60min Massage targeted towards those sore muscles and tight fascia. During your massage The heat from our Photonic Red Light mat gives near and far light therapy for maximum pain relief while the cold stones ease inflammation in the connective tissues. Your treatment is finished off with a deep muscle ointment to keep that Icy Hot therapy going after your treatment is complete.

Some days you really just want to hang out at the spa. We GET IT!! We love hanging out here so of course you would want to hang out here too! We have just the thing. Grab yourself a Spa Pass and come chill with us on your own or with a friend. Tour the spa, enjoy the amenities, use the self care bar and soak in some selfcare time. Enjoy the tranquility of the Zen Garden with some face, hand or foot treatments (limit 3) then take your pick from a 30min Sauna Wrap or the Bio-Mat session in the Salt Cave and let yourself float away.
